Training for artists

Courses and seminars about production of artistic projects

  • 2007-2008

laPinta has designed a set of courses and seminars about production of artistic projects. These courses analyse both the different steps of the production process and the main tools to perform efficiently the project’s development. Proposed as a workshop, we work with the students’ ideas and we invite different specialist from the own artistic sector so as to share with us their own experiences in the artistic production process.

Training

The cultural sector transformation performed in the last decades has implied an increase in the number of projects and artistic productions as well as a higher demand of professionalism, efficiency and public-private co-responsibility.
Based on its experience in the field of visual arts, laPinta has initiated a training line of work. In this sense, we offer a set of courses that may help students to acquire those knowledge and methods that are necessary to produce efficiently artistic projects, looking up financing possibilities and organise the team work.

The main aim of these courses is to build up links between the teaching area and the artistic professional practice. The challenge is to provide students with the management tools in order to promote rigour and professionalism in the artistic production processes.

With these courses, laPinta wants to join to all those agents who are actively working for generating production standards and reach the full sector professionalism.
